Program Schedule

During a program sessions are held roughly 2 weeks apart.  This is to allow you time to process and practice what you are learning, and do any tasking that has been agreed, as well as time to see what resistances may arise so we can deal with them.

Intro Coaching Session

1 Hour Session

In your 1 Hour Intro Coaching Session we’ll be getting you crystal clear on what it is you really want, strategies you’ll need to get there, and the possible preventions, blockages or resistances that may hold you back.

It’s an opportunity to find out if coaching is for you, and if we are the right match to work together.
I only work with people committed to their own growth, goals and change, so there will be no hard sell after your session – you will be able to decide without obligation if you’d like to invest in yourself further.

Transformation Package

10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

When you just dont know where to begin and need a bit of everything! Together we’ll look at every area of your life and target change where most needed.

Starting with clarity around what you truly want and why, we’ll then address the resistances and blockages holding you back, and keep you to a targeted plan for results.

5 x 1 Hour Sessions over 3 Months

At some point in your career you’ll hit a ‘What am I doing and is this what I really want to do?’ moment.

 That’s normal.

But for most, figuring out their true direction is a challenge.

We’ll uncover what you want to do, tools and strategies to overcome the fear holding you back and get you moving forward.

You’ll also learn great tools and strategies to cope with any challenges in your current workplace.

This is a powerfully emotional area of life, and one where our strongest beliefs play out. We’ll uncover the beliefs sabotaging your success, and look at how your psychology is affecting your results. You’ll learn amazing processes that change your outcomes, and how to change your energy and attraction. I’ll also show you all the hidden ways to get targeted results from dating sites and apps.

10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

Many people second-guess and doubt themselves, and even sabotage their lives due to a deep belief that I’m not good enough.

In this program we’ll do discovery on what your specific limiting beliefs are and undertake release work.
You’ll learn specific mindset, thinking and emotional management strategies to change your feelings and behaviours, we’ll rebuild your identity/self-image in a way that is empowering and healthy.

10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

This can hit you in your relationships, your job, your business, socially, or for no reason at all.

We’ll identify what triggers you and design new responses, look at underlying causes and beliefs contributing to your feelings, and teach you incredible strategies and tools to cope.

We’ll also look at overall health as a contributor.

10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 6 Months

We’re going to get stuck into your beliefs around health and look at your triggers and patterns and how your psychology may be working against you.  You’ll learn how to harness emotional motivation and use it to direct your actions.  We’ll examine all aspects of health in your life, break them down into manageable changes, build a plan and hold you accountable to your results.  You’ll also broaden your knowledge about living naturally and the hidden hazards of modern living.

Single pay-as-you go sessions

Book as you need

Try an Intro Session first to see how you like coaching, then just book in for a top up session whenever you feel you need it.

This option is good if you feel generally on track but just need to re-focus regularly, or to discuss a very specific small problem.

A 5 or 10 session program is more cost effective than booking singly, but talk to me about your  options at your Intro Session.

MENTORING

This suits business owners or start ups, including executives, who need to debrief, have accountability for progress, and will need personal growth, tools and strategies to achieve their aims in the coming year.

Start with an Intro Session and in your session we will assess whether mentoring is suitable for you, or if you need a more focused program.

10 x 1 Hour Sessions over 12 Months

Don’t worry if the above programs don’t seem to specifically match what you want to tackle.  In your Intro Session we will get clarity around what you want to achieve and will design the approach and content suited to your goal.  Make a specific enquiry here.
